Party Room Responsibilities- this will also be sent in confirmation email.

All items must be complete before we will refund your cleaning deposit. If the items below are not completed or the room is to be found vandalized or damaged we will not refund the deposit.
1. Any food must be removed from the party room or thrown away at end of rental time.
2. Clean all surfaces with spray disinfectant, found under sink.
3. Clean all food out of the sinks.
4. Pick up any food, garbage, or spills on floor. Sweep and mop if floors are sticky or slippery.
5. Place all recycling, garbage, empty boxes, pizza boxes in appropriate receptacles.
*The garbage/boxes/recycling will be taken out by Kroc staff.

Do not enter the pool if you have a communicable disease or open cut.
Do not bring food, drink, gum or tobacco products into the pool.
Shower before entering the pool and after use of toilet.
Do not run or engage in rough play in the pool area.
Do not bring animals into the pool area.
Cell phone use is limited to the pool deck only. No exceptions!
Diaper changing is NOT permitted in the pool area.
Children who are not toilet trained are required to wear swim diapers. Water swim diapers are for sale at the Front Desk.
Appropriate swimming attire is required.
Glass and shatterable items are prohibited.
Do not hang on lane lines or ropes.
Flipping, jumping off backwards or spinning off the edge of pool is not permitted.
Diving or any form of head first entry is not permitted.
Coast Guard approved life jackets are the only type permitted. Inflatables of any kind are not allowed.
Please stay off the multi-colored tiles located in the Winding River, Slide Pit, and Splash Play areas.
Non swimmers may be required to wear a life jacket at lifeguard’s discretion.
Non swimmers must be accompanied by guardian and remain within arm’s reach at all times.
Decision of the Lifeguard is final!

LIABILITY WAIVER
ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO
The Kroc Center is an alcohol and drug-free facility. If drugs or alcohol are brought into the
facility, the party, and guests will be asked to leave. No refund will be given if a party is removed from
the Kroc Center.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
100% of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation.
No reduction in the guaranteed numbers will be accepted after this date. Any changes are subject to additional charges. All tables, chairs, wireless internet, and coat racks are included with your room rental. Additional audio-visual equipment and amenities are available for rental; please contact Event Organizer. Any group wishing to claim tax-exempt status must provide a hard copy of their Federal IRS 501(c)(3) form upon confirming the reservation. The Kroc Center reserves the right to change the meeting space as needed to maximize facility usage. Rooms are assigned based on number of guests anticipated.
CANCELLATIONS
100% refund if you cancel 14 days prior to reservation date/time- via email notification to Event Organizer.
50% refund if you cancel 14 days to 7 days prior to reservation date/time- via email notification to Event Organizer.
No refunds are given if you cancel less than 7 days prior to reservation date/time.
AUDIO/VISUAL NEEDS
The use of any audio-visual equipment owned by the Kroc Corps Community Center must be agreed upon prior to your event and will be quoted on an individual basis. All equipment belonging to the Kroc Center is to be operated exclusively by Kroc Center employees. Testing of the A/V equipment by the speaker/ site contact must be scheduled prior to the event with the Event Sales Office. Any slideshow/presentation utilizing the Kroc Center A/V equipment should be delivered or tested prior to the occasion. The Kroc Center is not responsible for the incompatibility of any presentation with our equipment. Any equipment changes or set-up changes not discussed in the A/V agreement prior to an event may incur an additional cost to the renter. We will attempt to fulfill any last-minute requests; however, such requests may require additional costs in equipment and/or labor. Music must be free of profanity or messages that are not suitable for a Christian facility, at the discretion of on-site management. Volume of music is subject to control by the Kroc Center. No food or beverage is allowed in the Worship and Performing Arts Center sound booth, or near any A/V equipment.
LIABILITY
The Renter will be responsible for theft and damage to the Kroc Center premises and its property because of the event. The Renter is responsible for the proper conduct of its guests. The Renter will not hold the Kroc Center or any of its employees responsible for the failure to execute an event due to occurrences beyond their control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, public emergencies, power outages, or threats to the community. The Renter will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement in which the Renter assumes the risk of injury to all persons who are on Kroc Center property as part of that group, and for injury or property damage sustained by others that results from the group’s use of the premises. The Kroc Center reserves the right to exclude or terminate any group or individual deemed to be inimical to, or is at risk to, the Kroc Center, its programming, property, interests, and mission. Organizations not a part of The Salvation Army or one of its programs, and participating in a high-risk activity (i.e. swimming and pool activities, ropes course, climbing wall, organized athletic event, etc.) on an exclusive basis must provide a Certificate of Insurance as evidence of general liability insurance limits of at least $2,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury & Property Damage.

DAY PASSES
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
The Kroc Center does not supply food or beverages. If you are bringing food or beverages into the Kroc Center for your event, you must sign a Food Waiver. To utilize any open recreational areas outside of the rental room, a day pass or membership would need to be purchased for each guest. In order to promote a safe and secure environment, The Salvation Army Kroc Center has placed video cameras in various locations. If The Salvation Army has actual knowledge that an individual is a registered sex offender, such individual shall be denied access to The Salvation Army Kroc Center. By eSigning this document, I represent to The Salvation Army, that neither I, nor any of my guests, are to my knowledge registered sex offenders in any legal jurisdiction and that furthermore, I have an affirmative duty to The Salvation Army to immediately disclose any change in my knowledge of the registered sex offender status for myself or any of my guests who may seek admittance to the Kroc Center pursuant to this agreement.
POOL GUIDELINES
Children 12 and older may be in the Aquatics Center without an adult.
Children under 12 must have an adult in the Aquatics Center with them.
Non-swimmers and children 6 and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult and must always remain within arm’s reach.
Children 3-5 years of age may be in the Splash Play area without an adult in the water, however, one must be in the Aquatics Center.
Water wings are not permitted. U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) are available or patrons may bring their own PFD provided it is U.S. Coast Guard approved.
Before entering the pool, it is best if all children use the restroom.
Appropriate swim attire is required.
Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers. Swim diapers are available at the front desk for $1 each. No diaper changing on the pool deck.
No food or beverage in the Aquatics Center, except bottled water.
SLIDE GUIDELINES
1. All slide users must use an inner tube.
2. Only one inner tube may go down the slide at a time.
3. Children must be at least 48” tall to go down the slide alone.
4. Children under 48” must use a two-person inner tube with an adult and wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved PFD.
LAZY RIVER GUIDELINES
The Lazy River must be entered at appropriate areas. Jumping from the edge of the pool is not permitted.
Non-swimmers and children 6 and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult and must always remain within arm’s reach.
KROC CENTER POLICIES
Personal pool accessories & toys are not allowed in the pool area. Life jackets are available.
Lifeguards will be on duty during open swim times.
No one is allowed outside of the family locker rooms or pool area without a shirt or shoes.
Locks for the locker rooms can be rented at the fitness desk with a form of ID.
Towels can be purchased at the fitness desk.
Kids in large groups can be swim tested by Kroc staff to use the deep end.
GENERAL GYM RULES
•Staff at the fitness desk or within the gym will be available to assist with gym needs (balls, nets etc.)
No eating or drinking in the gym
Lock your items in the locker room. Locks can be purchased at the fitness desk.
PHOTO RELEASE
I authorize The Kroc Center to take photos during my event and use those photos for promotional purposes on the Kroc Center’s website, brochures, newsletters etc. and waive all claims of compensation for usage.
HOLD HARMLESS
In consideration of the privilege of using The Salvation Army's property at 1315 Lime Kiln Road, Green Bay, WI 54311, we agree to assume the risk for any injuries, including death, that may be sustained by members of our organization or any person invited as part of our group in connection with the use of said premises, except for matters caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of The Salvation Army or its trustees, officers, members and agents while acting within the scope of duties of such relationship to The Salvation Army. Further, we agree to indemnify, hold harmless, assume liability for and defend The Salvation Army, its trustees, officers, members and agents from all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, reasonable investigative and discovery costs, court costs and any other sums which The Salvation Army, its trustees, officers, members and agents may pay or become obligated to pay for injury, including death, to persons or damage to property resulting from our use of said premises or from our actions or omissions and arising from any cause, including vehicles, except for matters caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of The Salvation Army or its trustees, officers, members and agents while acting within the scope of duties of such relationship to The Salvation Army. I hereby certify that I have the authority to sign this agreement for the organization identified above. I have read the field trip guideline information and agree to its terms and conditions, as well as any other contract addendum which I may sign.

FOOD WAIVER
Food and beverage (excludes alcohol) is allowed to be brought on The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center premises. All events must supply their own dishes, utensils, napkins and plates. If supplies are needed, additional fees will apply. Unless discussed with and approved by the Events Manager prior to your event, all food items must be pre-cooked or prepared prior to arrival at The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, and the use of Kroc Center appliances is strictly prohibited. All trash should be properly disposed of and not left on tables and counters in the room. Kroc Center staff should be notified if extra trash receptacles are necessary.
By eSigning this agreement, we acknowledge that we have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification agreement of The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corp Community Center. This includes food-borne illnesses and death, arising out of or in connection with client’s use of their own food and beverage or consumption of products not provided by the Kroc Center.
